HOW DO I STOP WINDOWS XP HOME FROM RUNNING THROUGH ENDLESS ERROR LOOP?

I reinstalled win xp this day and as soon as it completed I got this error message : “STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows SubSystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0×7c9106c3 0×03a3f36c). The system has been shut down.”

It does this in an infinite loop, even when I just shut it down cold. Any suggestions?

MICROSOFT WINDOWS ASKS AFTER A CRASH IF THE ERROR BE REPORTED. DO THEY REALLY ANALYZE?

Every day there must have been thousands of these error messages sent over to Microsoft. Do they really find time to examine all these? Once my company’s IT service man told me not to bother. Do they really have time or money to examine these millions of error messages? Windows still crashes like anything. It seems that there had been tiny improvements.

HOW DO I STOP THIS ERROR MESSAGE FROM APPEARING WHEN I START UP MY LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 7?

The error message states that “The requested function (whatever it might be) can’t be performed because there is no default mail program associated with it. Please set a default program for it in the control panel.” I went on to the control panel and set all of the defaults available on each of the mail programs (windows live mail and windows live mail news), yet each time I do and restart my laptop the message still appears. Why? How do I get this message to stop appearing?
