ERROR CODE FIVE WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD A STORY TO THE SIMS 2 EXCHANGE?

Whenever I try and upload my story to the sims 2 exchange it comes up with this message:
Login Failed
Connection attempt failed
Error code: 5
Transaction ID: 4047781537
I know this has something to with connecting to the internet, but obviosly my world wide web is working so I have no idea what to do. Please help, I really want to upload my story!

HOW TO FIX ERROR WHEN TRYING TO ATTACH A PHOTO?

In my e-mail I wanted to send a photo. When I went to attach it, a window popped up “Attach pics easily”, so I clicked on it. It went halfway through the process, and then popped up a message that there was an error. Had to click “done”. Still cannot attach a photo. How do I fix this?

When I try to update Windows Vista on my HP Notebook, I get the following error –
Windows could not search for new updates
Errors Found:
Code 80070005, Windows came across an unknown error
Anyone know how to correct this?
To clarify, Windows is activated and the genuine windows verification has been run.

Just trying to download the latest windows vista updates. Neither will install. One shows an error code of 520 the other shows a error code of 643. Any ideas of what these codes represent and how to correct them so the updates can get through.

A debug error occurred while trying to purchase a software online. Is this good or bad and should I proceed to buying it or not. It stated the payment software was undefined.
