Help !!! My Personal States Disk Error hit any key to re-Start I click ctrl alt delete and it restarts but is doing the same thing over and over what should I do to fix it myself.

How ever, I do not see a Run menu? Do I do this in safe mode? You do not grant messages so hopefully you will see this again. Kathi

Every time I turn on the computer, an error comes up after the DELL logo saying a USB port or other external drive has been improperly removed and that I need to restart the personal after all ports are fixed. Nothing is in my CD drive, USB ports, or charger plug-in. Pushing Enter or Esc doesn’t help either.

My Computer shows Run dill error about the program My Web Search ( POPULAR SCREENSAVERS). I evan cant remove that program from Control Panel. How can I uninstall that Pragram?

The error message states that “The requested function (whatever it might be) can’t be performed because there is no default mail program associated with it. Please set a default program for it in the control panel.” I went on to the control panel and set all of the defaults available on each of the mail programs (windows live mail and windows live mail news), yet each time I do and restart my laptop the message still appears. Why? How do I get this message to stop appearing?
