I cant log in to my windows. A error message pops out saying I am missing an ole32.dll. How can I fix this problem?

land and of course it is in polish…I downloaded the english pack for it and it started giving me this error. Before this the game ran perfectly but in Polish…can anyone help me?
ps I just completed updating it with Windows Live.

Recently I had Comcast install world wide web and cable. Ever since the install guy touched my personal I keep getting this error. I never use IE, only Firefox. This error comes up each time my personal is on. Any ideas? It is quite annoying. Thanks!

HOW TO FIX “WINDOWS HAS ENCOUNTERED A CRITICAL PROBLEM AND WILL RESTART AUTOMATICALLY IN ONE MINUTE” ERROR?

When i begin up my personal and login, my personal states this error, and after 1-3 reboots, the error disappears, but will come back when i shut down my personal again.
How do i fix this?
I’m running Windows Vista Business 32-bit
