I suggest you reinstall Internet Explorer.
Go tohttp://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp.htm and click on the “I” page then scroll down to IE and follow the instructions for reinstalling,or even better get IE7 from Microsoft site,it’s more secure and a better browser-far from perfect but better than version 6.
hope this helps

that sounds a little complicated have you tried booting into safemode
by pressing f8 when your computer starts up before you see the windows load screen
what operating system are you using
you say its to old to run does that mean your running a old like windows 98 or you just dont have the resouces to run on IE7 on your computer
if that don’t work you could always use firefox its the same thing as IE (well just a little different in the way it displays stuff)
but if you really need it fixed then you could try to repair your copy of windows
if you have XP then just put your copy of it or your restore disk into your computer !!don’t restore!! it first should check for previously installed operating systems it should detect windows and then ask you if you want to repair it by pressing “r”
this will only replace the system file in the C:windows directory and will leave the rest of your files alone. if that doesn’t work or need instructions for other operating systems send me an email

I HATE Internet Explorer; I prefer Mozilla Firefox.
