HOW DO YOU FIX THIS COMPUTER ERROR??? \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONIFG\SYSTEM?
I put the windows xp disk and attempt to reinstall windows because I think one of my personal go a virus and the got the blue screen of death at the end that states “Registry Error” please uninstall any new programs and disable caching and shadowing. I try to boot in safe mode and I still get the \windows\system32\config\system error. If you think you can help me or walk me though it please call 989-666-4466 or respond back. Why do not try Registryfix?
I also had the same problem,and i used it, the problem is solved.
So recommend you try it now.

1. a registry fix program will not resolve your issue because you can’t get into windows.
You’re going to have to re-install windows, but you should backup your file first. If you don’t, you’ll lose them. (I assume you’re on another computer right now. you could put the hard drive into the one your on).
Then re-install windows which is done by booting to the CD (not safe mode).
