WHAT IS CAUSING THE MICROSOFT ERROR WHENEVER I CONNECT MY WESTERN DIGITAL EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE?
I have anti virus and spyware and seem everything all right in my external hard drive but when i begin accessing my files the Microsoft error pops in and needs to close. It was not like this before though. Need your help to fix this. Ideal answer gets my points.

1st Step:
1. Open the “My Computer”
2. Right click your “Local Hard Disk”
3. Choose the “Properties”
4. Choose the “Tools”
5. Click the “Check Now”
6. After that A small box will appear “check the boxes”
7. Then, follow the instructions…
If still error follow the 2nd steps..
2nd Steps:
1. Scan your Western Digital External Hard Drive
2. Start accessing you’re files and if its error again. then..
3. Back-up your entire files and documents and
4. Format your Western Digital External Hard Drive…
