I JUST NOW realized that my first name is spelled wrong on my birth certificate. My driver’s license, social security, credit cards and whatnot are all spelled first name Cesar while the Birth Certificate says Cezar.
I am 18, can I fix this error myself? How do I go about doing that?

check your windows firewall. make it dont block limewire. check in control panel

r u in any kind of domain> if u r then may be ur network firewall is blocking ur limewire…it usually happens in school and organisations…
if u r not in a domain then turn off ur windows firewall and reinstall limewire….
if u have zone alarm installed in ur pc thats a problem…it blocks limewire….
then u have to uninstall both of them (limewire and zonealarm) first and install lime wire

You have to change a permission in your firewall to allow access for Limewire. If you have ZoneAlarm, double-click the icon in your tray (by the clock), the ZA control panel window will open. On the left, click Program Control, click the Programs tab. Scroll down to Limewire & adjust the setting (permission) to allow access. Close ZA control window.
