HOW DO YOU FIX AN ERROR ON A DOCUMENT TRYING TO BE OPENED?

Everytime I try to open the printable application on slippery rock university’s website it states there is an error. Is there anyway to get around that without an application being mailed to me?
HOW TO MAKE GRAPH WITH ERROR BARS ON EXCEL?

It’s a graph for bio class detailing reaction time vs substrate concentration, and they stated it’s okay to use the personal so I would like to learn how to do it properly on excel.
Excel already had a couple of templates where it automatically graphed the scatter plot along with a line of ideal fit. Now I just need the error bars.
WHY MY COMPUTER IS SHOWING ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I START IT ?

when i begin my personal an error message is popped up, that is “boot failure, insert boot diskette in A: and press any key when ready”. what might be the problem ?
