HOW CAN I INSTALL MY NEWLY BOUGHT MICROSOFT WORD STUDENT AND HOME 2007, WHEN ENCOUNTERING INSTALLATION ERROR?
I just purchased the cd this day at ideal buy, and i been trying to install it all day today. I even erased(uninstalled) the old free trial that i had. After i put int he key# a few seconds later it comes back saying it can’t install because it came across a error. The only option it gives me is to close it. It doesn’t gives me a option to fix the error and continue installing it. Please help.

restart and press f8 until a list come up then select safe mode with networking, lo-gin then install.

Hi,
Microsoft have noted an issue that has two solutions.
There are two articles they posted to resolve your issue.

In both cases the main point is to ensure preinstalled trials are removed and deactivated, prior to installing the Full Version.
